Lead PAN-India dealer expansion and sales growth for our EV 2-Wheeler business, driving network development, team performance and market penetration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Network Expansion: Lead PAN-India dealer acquisition, onboarding, and market penetration for EV 2-Wheelers.
- Team Leadership: Manage regional RSM and ASM teams, setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Sales & Operations: Drive dealer productivity, retail sales, stock movement, and revenue goals.
- Partner Relations: Build strong channel relationships and coordinate cross-functionally with Head Office teams.
- Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends, assess competitor activity, and travel extensively for network expansion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should be from the EV 2-Wheeler Industry.
- Strong experience in dealer network development and channel sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
EXPERIENCE 5+ Years in Automobile / EV Sales

Drive dealer success by strengthening showroom operations, training, performance, onboarding, and cross-functional support across the EV 2-Wheeler network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training & Development: Conduct regular product, sales, process, and system training for dealers and showroom staff to drive performance.
- Store Operations: Guide dealers on SOPs, branding, lead management, inventory, and after-sales coordination to ensure seamless operations.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor dealer sales, enquiries, and conversion rates; conduct regular store visits to identify gaps and provide solutions.
- Partner Onboarding: Support new dealers during store launch, onboarding, and initial operations while acting as their primary relationship point.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with internal Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to resolve operational issues and share market insights with management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should be from the EV 2-Wheeler Industry.
- Strong understanding of EV 2-Wheeler dealership and showroom operations.
- Excellent training, communication, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to conduct regular dealer/store visits.
